Smart Retail: Enhancing Customer Journeys
Welcome to our upcoming hackathon, where innovation meets retail!
Who can join?
We are excited to invite talented developers, designers, project managers and other commerce enthusiasts to participate in a challenge to enhance the customer journeys. At least some project experience is highly recommended, this event is not meant for people without any Spryker project experience.
What will you be doing?
You will be extending existing Spryker functionality, and creating a working model. From dynamic A/B testing methodologies that adapt to in-store user behavior to AI-driven guided selling systems that redefine personalized shopping experiences, this hackathon challenges you to push the boundaries of what's possible in retail. How will you redefine the customer journey?
Potential projects teams could work on:
- A/B Testing for Store Users: How can we leverage A/B testing to understand customer preferences and optimize in-store experiences?
- AI-Driven Guided Selling: Imagine a future where AI assists customers in finding exactly what they need, personalizing recommendations, and guiding them through their shopping journey seamlessly.
- …?
But as with all hackathons: it's up to the teams to come up with their own creative and innovative solutions!
