Practicalities regarding Spryker service shutdown

Hi, in the hypothetical and unfortunate case of ending a Spryker cloud service agreement, are there any practical things that one should take into consideration and/or do from a technical perspective?

Or is everything basically handled by Spryker?

First of all, this is a very hypothetical question because why would anyone end their Spryker contract? 😉

Seriously, Spryker generally does most of the offboarding. We will let you know if you need to do anything.

Just to clarify: You wrote about ending the 'cloud service agreement'. As we provide Spryker as a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), there would be no separate way to stop just using the cloud platform. So, I guess you mean ending the Spryker contract, or do you have something else in mind?

Hi, indeed if it was up to me I would never stop using Spryker <3

But yeah I was referring to all the AWS cloud stuff :)
