is there a Spryker-Preferred-Way to do it?

    Before your tests start:

    LoggerFactory::getInstance(new TestLoggerConfig());

    I usually don't use that trait directly but pass the logger in as a dependency through the constructor of my class. Just like you would do with any other dependency.
