hi,
does jenkins configuration from config/Zed/cronjobs/jenkins.php follow the same rules as other configurations (described in https://documentation.spryker.com/docs/configuration-management), so I can have jenkins-live_DE.php for example?

    No, there is no possibility (at least to my knowledge) to have different job configurations with the Spryker standard.
    You can use run_on_non_production to disable/enable a certain job for prod.
    You can also use

    if (Environment::isDevelopment()) {
        //your development only jobs
    }
