You can checkout Spryker's built-in feature known as Storefront Agent Assist https://docs.spryker.com/docs/pbc/all/user-management/202404.0/base-shop/agent-assist-feature-overview.html . This feature allows agent user to assist customer by logging into storefront via agent login. It's not same as co-browsing but it'll help your customers if they have any queries or face any problems.
