Hello Guys, maybe this is a stupid question but on Spryker is there any posibility to define in jobs.php a parameterized job that can be triggered manually when needed?

Create regular job and set enable => false so it won’t trigger automatically but you should be able to trigger it manually

@UKA0KSZMY thank you for your response. I’m more interested about the configuration of the parameterized part. How do I define some custom paramerets that can be set up manually when running the job?

Oh you mean on setting parameters manually not just triggering job manually?

Yeah, as an usecase, creating a GUI for a data entry team for example to retrigger some specific sync mechanism for a product that wasn’t synced properly for example

You can use same approach. F.e. in Jenkins you can manually start disabled job, but you can even update it an d than start.

So in this case you need to have a parameters to a console command, that you can easily adjust in Jenkins.

the command has parameters. I need to extend the Scheduler command and modify the xml that builds the jenkins interface so that this parameter be populated with my custom configuration of the parameters.
