How would you republish all urls? I truncated my spy_url_storage table and need to repopulate and publish. Tried docker/sdk console publish:trigger-events -r url but it doesn't do the job. Table is still empty.

    Are present messages in publish (or dedicated publish queue) queue? Any error in exception log?

    I'll check.
    I was running tests before. Maybe it was publishing into the test db. Let me see if docker/sdk up will fix it.
