How to create a fake file and read that CSV file
I wanted to write some unit test cases when we upload CSV. ?

    Create your fake data in the test as an array, call https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fputcsv.php to write it into a file, for example in /tmp and pass a configuration object to the import you want to call that points to this file (DataImportConfigurationActionTransfer::getReaderConfiguration()->setfileName($tmpFileName);)
