git clone <https://github.com/spryker-shop/b2c-demo-shop.git> -b 202108.0-release --single-branch
cd b2c-demo-shop
../docker-sdk/sdk boot deploy.dev.yml

And also happens when the sdk folder is inside the b2c-demo-shop folder.
Master on seems to be working, am I doing anything wrong?

I believe the problem is with the version of docker-sdk you are cloning as it's from September 2020.

git clone <https://github.com/spryker-shop/b2c-demo-shop.git> -b 202108.0-release --single-branch && cd b2c-demo-shop && git clone <https://github.com/spryker/docker-sdk.git> --single-branch should be the right commands sequence.

It does not seem to matter if we are using 1.24.0 nor 1.22.0

1.24 is from October 2020 but you are trying to use it together with demo shop from August 2021.

Please clone docker/sdk just from master, without specifying the branch.
