Hello all, can you please tell me how can I know the details about the supported PHP version for the each version of Spryker Demo shops? I would like to look for the B2C shop that supports PHP< 8

First I think you can check composer.json in all demo-shops b2b/b2c \ mp
But as I remember all demo-shops updated to support > 8

https://github.com/spryker-shop/b2c-demo-shop/blame/master/composer.json#L247 and go back in the file history to find the related commit that has changed this from 8.0* to 7.4*.

But why do you want to run with 7.4? It's no longer supported from PHP side (https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php), even security patches are out of support since end of 2022. IMO using PHP 7.4 is a huge risk you should at least be aware of.

I wouldn't go with the module at all, as it's kind of deprecated (see README of the module) and I would assume that there will be no support at all.
So if heidelpay is needed in your project a fork as a base for a custom module might be necessary
