    btw, would be nice to have a support reference when creating tickets (so we can reference them internally)

    @UKGT7RC7P you just created a ticket and should have received an autoreply with the ticket number. This number you can use as a reference

    yes, it also says it in the body: The Ref part is for assigning and tracking purpose in the ticket system
