Have you tried console data:import:cms-template -t ? the option -t throws exceptions if there are some

Ok, good, now you have the reason, why the import is failing 🙂 Now you know, that something with your Entity/Query - class creation did not work or you maybe forgot to execute. Have you executed console propel:install already?
