i want to get info about product in json from this docs

i want to get info about product in json from this docs

but when i type in url http://de.b2c-demo-shop.local/abstract-products/001
still i get 404 not found (product with sku 001 exists in zed)

    Check if it exists in Redis please. Maybe it's not synchronized. Glue takes product data from Redis and ES.

    @valerii.trots in redis i not see anything, spryker store data in redis or SQL, i am a beginner ?

    Spryker uses SQL DB (Postgres or MySQL) for Zed. All the data is synchronized to ElasticSearch and Redis via RabbitMQ for Yves and Glue in order to improve performace for customers.
    Synchronization is done by Publish&Synchronize feature (events, listeners, messages, queues etc) using Jenkins.
    Jenkins runs console commands for synchronization (console queue:worker:start).

    So if there is nothing in the Redis, that probably means that your Jenkins isn't up and running.

    @valerii.trots okey for example , i want to get data about updated product, i create Listener for it,
    and I receive data from the submitted form,
    how do I get product data from a database,
    I would ask for some sample php query how to refer to a database
