What are the Slack Archives?
It’s a history of our time together in the Slack Community! There’s a ton of knowledge in here, so feel free to search through the archives for a possible answer to your question.
Because this space is not active, you won’t be able to create a new post or comment here. If you have a question or want to start a discussion about something, head over to our categories and pick one to post in! You can always refer back to a post from Slack Archives if needed; just copy the link to use it as a reference..

Is there a way to extend Zed views (like vendor/spryker/category/src/Spryker/Zed/Category/Presentation/View/index.twig
) without copying the whole file to the project folder?
I’ve tried {% extends '@Category/View/index.twig' %}
but then I’m getting redirected back to the list. I guess this doesn’t work because the twig file tries to extend itself.

I'm having a home.twig on project level which is extending the home.twig from core. Looks like this:
{% extends view('home', '@SprykerShop:HomePage') %}
Of course, this is for Yves, Zed might work differently. Maybe there's something like
{% extends '@Spryker:Category:View:index.twig' %}
Could also be slashes instead of colons. Just play around with it, maybe you'll get it working. Haven't tested myself and can't promise anything.

{% extends '@Spryker:Category/View/index.twig' %}
This works, thanks you very much 🙂
