    try to increase the general timeout in development.yml (or docker.yml)

    env:
    APPLICATION_ENV: development

command-timeout: 3600 <<-- here

    I have changed that from 600 to 7200 and then i have restarted the system for me that works.

    have you tried to increase the resources for docker?
