    no, afaik you can't deploy with Xdebug there and can't configure php to connect to your machine

    Negative.
    But the problem is reproducible locally in most cases using same deploy file + dumping DB from cloud and restoring locally.

    Yes, in most cases 😜 but apparently not in this particular case
