in theory changes https://github.com/spryker/shipment/compare/8.5.1...8.5.2 are backward compatible with priceplugins following the old interface, but that doesn't seem to be true.

    But anyway it has been approved by us and QAed. Seems like it needs to be deeper investigated.

    I see that version 8.5.1 did not work for projects without split deliberation when shipmentGroupTransfer was empty. Daniel Rose made an update so that the old plugins would still run when shipmentGroupTransfer was empty.
    So it should have solved the problem of deprecated plugins not executing.
    According to the code, it should be the opposite, in 8.5.1 deprecated plugins didn't run, and in 8.5.2 they started working.
    Maybe it's also a matter of versions of features, which are installed on the project, such as shipment-cart-connector.
