Due to my company policy I am not allowed to install docker and run Spryker on it. My IT Desktop team is trying to find a solution. Is there any way to install Spryker without docker either on Mac or Window ?

There is a guide to install using vagrant devvm.

on Mac you could install all the software locally and symlink your code to
/datavia/etc/synthetic.conf- see https://derflounder.wordpress.com/2020/01/18/creating-root-level-directories-and-symbolic-links-on-macos-catalina/0 -
most of the software you can install via homebrew (https://brew.sh/)
