@florian.scholz thank you, but this does not work. But maybe there is some other issue with the instance preventing the login

Can you tell me which url and which credentials you used? - i can double check but since it is public it can be that somebody played around in the backoffice which prevents the login. The instances are reseted every night

There you should ask the other developers - in a public accessible instance (without vpn) it should actually not be β€œchange123” for customers

of course πŸ™‚ No, it's still the initial B2B Demo with the demo data. The instance is just being set up by the devops team

if it is the default out of the box demo-shop it should be change123 and one of the customers you can see in the backoffice

@florian.scholz thank you, in that case I guess there is still some general issue and the password is not the problem

I am a new in Spryker.I had your problem too
    I did these steps.
1-Add a customer in the admin panel
    2-copy Password of sys_user table
    3-paste Password in spy_customer
Your password is the same as your admin panel password

@U02KT30LJ5S you are right, and I think I know the reason. It seems that the hashing algorithm for passwords has changed since the demo data passwords have been generated. I changed the pw locally for one user to change123 and tada: different hash:
