if you’ve already updated to v1.7.0 of `spryker/http` do you HAVE to update to 1.7.1?

from a security point of view not necessarily if you have already applied the project level changes for version 1.7.0.

Version 1.7.1 only allows you to save up the configuration in config if you have already the env variable SPRYKER_ZED_REQUEST_TOKENset in your system.

p.s.: version 1.7.1 is not yet released.

but obviously when version 1.7.1 is released I suggest to update and then if you are in PaaS in theory you can delete the changes applied in version 1.7.0 in config since in Spryker Cloud the env has been set at environment level. (I'm not in PaaS so I don't know if they are ready or not)
