We are facing an issue that the reservation count is not counting an order item if its in a reserved

We are facing an issue that the reservation count is not counting an order item if its in a reserved state of a “sub” process, it works correctly if the order item is in “main/active” process.
Is this a known issue that is fixed in recent update?

    Hi Hardik, I clarified things internally and either this is unknown one yet or it's fixed in newer versions as no one faced this from our developers.
    But this definitely needs to be investigated and fixed if it's still true for newer versions as well. Please feel free to create a support request.
