I have a problem with RabbitMQ

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientException - Exception: Client error: PUT <http://rmqhost:15672/api/vhosts/vhost_name> resulted in a 401 Unauthorized response:
{“error”:“not_authorised”,“reason”:“Not management user”}

Have anyone encountered something similar? and how to fix it?
