Hello,
is it possible in spryker to have configurable product bundles? So for example: A product detail page where one product is already included as the base of the bundle and then you can additionaly choose between a range of different other products. I know there are product options, but product options are no standalone products. But it should behave like the product options on yves frontend. Best

    Seems not, that selectable products can be dependent on the choice of the customer … for example: choice product a in slot 1, only b and c are for slot 2 available … choose product d in slot 1, only a and d will be available for slot 2 … also you cannot raise quantity to more than > per product, right?

    We have some open questions here:

    1. It seems that the price is currently calculated by summing up all single prices. Our customer want to have a fixed price for a specific bundle. Is there something to hook in into price calculation?
    2. Some of the slots should be mandatory, other should be optional. Is that possible to configure?
    3. Some of the slots should be able to handle quantity > 1. Is that possible?
    4. We have to provide this functionality via Glue API. Is that possible at the moment?
      In the end it is more or less like the product bundle feature but with the option to configure the stuff by the customer itself.

    Yes, Compatibility rules are not part of this release. They are on the middle term roadmap.
    Regarding your questions:
    1. Yes, it’s sum of the concretes. Fix price per Configurable Bundle on the long-term roadmap
    2. In the Demo Shop we build an example that is open from any directions because to lift restrictions project will need more effort than to place them, that’s why on the project level you can put restrictions on the slots, but there is no UI in Zed for it.
    3. This enhancement - Quantity per SKU in slot also on the long-term roadmap.
    4. Configurable Bundle API in development and we plan to release it in August.
    Yep, Configurable Bundle - it’s more like a guiding tool, and we plan to make it even more useful for the customers with complex products where multiple options should be considered.
