After I ran vendor/bin/install something seems to be incorrect. Rabbit MQ has 66K messages unprocessed, Jenkins running for all 4 stores, queue worker processes are running but still RabbitMQ is not processing I see the status (see the screenshot below) constantly

mainly event

but there are messages in others

For example now worker for DE is running but the queues are Idle
