Elasticsearch is actually the default search engine in Spryker

Are there any experiences with using it?
OOTB indices cannot be created with using the vendor given page.json as it makes use of mapping types, that have been deprecated in ES7: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.5/removal-of-types.html
