Good morning everybody,
we have a special problem (B2B): If a company user shares a shopping list with another company user, this share disappears after approx. 2 hours. It's like magic, we can't find where thats happens. Has anyone a similar problem before? 🙏

    Any other additional information? Shares full access\read only? Are they the same roles attached? Or happens any way?

    I will post the question internally if someone has any ideas but using latest spryker-shop/suite I couldn't reproduce the problem.
    Sharing from admin role to buyer role in our demo data works as intended. It doesn't disappear.

    no additional information.... in our production system they disappear magic... we don't know what we have still to analyse/see...

    There is only one feedback internally so far:

    maybe it has to do with ShoppingListCollectionOutdatedPlugin ?
there is definitely some code related to invalidating shopping lists in customer session and re-loading them from Zed

    It is possible.. this was also my first suspect.. but locally i cannot reproduce it... maybe i missing smth...

    i try to reproduce it.. but now i discover smth strange (than can be the possible cause).

    User A share User B (Full-Access) a Shopping List T1;
    User B login and see the SL T1, then just add an article in T1.

    In Database SL T1 is now not more related to User A (customer_reference) but to User B. Company-User Sharing info in DB is still there, but has no sense more.

    User B see now in Frontend that SL T1 has sharing info (1 User) but on sharing page just don't show nothing, due the wrong relation of T1 owner.

    User A don't see anymore SL T1, even if it was the owner of it.

    @valerii.trots can reproduce it? I would create a ticket if yes.
    As said, this can be a similar workflow that cause the diseappearing of company_user sharing.

    Company_Business_Unit Sharing work without problems.

    ok. It is very important for us because our customers use a lot this feature (shopping list and sharing) and every time they call us that smth is magical disappearing.. 🙂
