OpenTelemetry integration now available!
Until last November, the only 3rd party monitoring tool that was compatible with our Spryker PaaS+ offering was New Relic. Which is very popular, but it's definitely not the only monitoring tool out there and honestly: not being able to choose, that's not very composable of us… so we changed that!
Our exporters now use the Open Telemetry protocol so you can connect your telemetry with any other 3rd party system like Dynatrace, Datadog, Coralogix, Elastic and any other OTel-compatible platform.
And all of this was actually triggered by contributions from our community members during our hackathons last year, really warming my community heart.
If you want to see it for yourself: in the description or the pinned comment below there's a link to the recording of our User Group session where our team lead of cloud product management Ángel shows you all the details, including a Dynatrace demo.
