Is there a way to add an "additional notification recipient" automatically to every support ticket in the support portal?

The problem is that our customers usually have their own portal accounts with their own email addresses, and our development team doesn't necessarily get notified on new and updated tickets unless we are specifically added as "additional notification recipient".
