If yes, may be temp problem, please try again.

I can only say that everything works for me now. But I'm on Linux. So it has to be network\permissions problem for the docker desktop or something. I have no idea, sorry.

I can see the below line in the error.

Should we give any particular folders/file permissions for the any directory especially?

If there are anything like that, please share it for me in Macbook.

Nope, this means that it tries to open mentioned URL but get permission denied. I have no idea why.

This must be something specific only to you. Because this is not a general problem.
