Welcome to the Spryker community.

I can help out with the first point on your agenda here! When you log in to the back office, in the CMS section you can create a contact us page from here. If you already have a contact form you can embed into a CMS page by using the code view in the editor.

Once you have created your page, you can then add it to the navigation using the back office.
