    What kind of information do you need to have per store?
    What if it can be covered with a regular configuration

    eg shop specific infos (phone number, ...)

    Phone number - can be set in block as a part of CMS 🙂 (you have localisation and relation to a store there)

    store.php is more related to a tech store configuration, so it can be adjusted.

    But phone number is not a store tech related configuration, so can be as a part of f.e. CMS

    This question is relevant for us as well. I was thinking about shop domains, which can of course also be part of the shared config. Basically everything can also be solved differently, but would be good to have a possible way confirmed, ya know?
