Is someone of you already using rector with dedicated rules for Spryker? I wasn't able to find Spryker-related rules in the main repository and looks like there's no separate repository (like the ones for TYPO3 and Drupal).

Spryker still uses https://github.com/spryker/architecture-sniffer for many architecture related topics. But this only reports, does not autofix.
For lower levels, phpstan, psalm and CS are autofixing.

Are there any specific rules you would like to see for Spryker and rector?

It would be awesome to have automatic migrations for popular spryker modules via Rector.

Like we have for upgrading to a specific PHPUnit version, e.g. you can upgrade to PHPUnit v9 by using this set: https://github.com/rectorphp/rector/blob/master/config/set/phpunit90.php

If yes: I saw the video Spryker released a month ago, but that's only about upgrade paths and not about real automatic code upgrades. Maybe I'm missing something or these tools can be combined.

No, this only displays certain migration paths.
A separate tool that actually does auto-migration based on the diff between modules, including necessary project modifications.
