One of my favorite posts that I’ve written last year.

It’s not about removing your old habits but replacing them with new ones. Habits emerge without our consent. To save energy, the brain creates a habit loop that looks for a trigger to cue a behavior.

    I am a great fan of applying design thinking processes and methods to personal development and directing paths. It is a powerful thought to concentrate on the continous improving and make the “continous” the goal.
