What are the Slack Archives?
Itβs a history of our time together in the Slack Community! Thereβs a ton of knowledge in here, so feel free to search through the archives for a possible answer to your question.
Because this space is not active, you wonβt be able to create a new post or comment here. If you have a question or want to start a discussion about something, head over to our categories and pick one to post in! You can always refer back to a post from Slack Archives if needed; just copy the link to use it as a reference..

does this also occur if you try to navigate to https://zed.de.spryker.local ?

There is an issue with our documentation currently.
Please add and use hosts from the grey box that appear afterdocker/sdk bootstrap
command.0 -
@U01K5B6EZHB it doesnt work for me
0 -
@valerii.trots yes the documentation is not working
0 -
Have you done what I suggested?
You can repeatdocker/sdk bootstrap deploy.dev.yml
and run what is suggested in the grey "box" output of the command. It fetches actual hosts.0 -
@U0215B7E8T1 try this one for your hosts:
echo "127.0.0.1 zed.de.spryker.local yves.de.spryker.local glue.de.spryker.local zed.at.spryker.local yves.at.spryker.local glue.at.spryker.local zed.us.spryker.local yves.us.spryker.local glue.us.spryker.local mail.spryker.local scheduler.spryker.local queue.spryker.local" | sudo tee -a /etc/hosts

@valerii.trots The Docs shows a completely different hosts entry (https://documentation.spryker.com/docs/installing-in-demo-mode-on-macos-and-linux) then it does on the Github (https://github.com/spryker/documentation/blob/master/202009.0/878ac25e-ce62-4a52-bea4-cb901a54c17b.md) and the console itself tells you to add hosts that are yet again a bit different.

I know, thanks! I confirmed from the beginning there is a problem with our documentation unfortunately.

Lets hope this now fixes it π

@U01TZ93MPSQ Thank you again. with the updated host file the storefront looks good now
0 -
What about Zed? I think the storefront fixed itself after the sheduled job ran
0 -
even backoffice started working
0 -
ya looks like after scheduled job completed it started working
0 -
Thats because of the Hosts then. Glad it works now!
0 -
what is is default user name and password for backoffice
0 -
and what is the link for logs dashbord from spryker
0 -
Just got that working actually. You have to add spryker.local to your hosts file (works fine just after all the other URLs) and then go to http://spryker.local/logs
0 -
Alternatively in the console run docker/sdk logs
0 -
Default user for backoffice is <mailto:admin@spryker.com|admin@spryker.com>:change123.
Demo customers for frontoffice you can find in backoffice\customers. Default passwords are the same.0 -

Have you added this host into your hosts file?
0 -
-
this is my host entry as suggested by @U01TZ93MPSQ
0 -
also how can I see swagger and all the API from glue api
0 -
@U0215B7E8T1 You have to append spryker.local to the hosts
0 -
So after 'queue.spryker.local' write 'spryker.local' and save
0 -
it then should work
0 -
Phillip's suggestion is missing these hosts. As I said, please repeat
docker/sdk bootstrap ...
step and you will see all the hosts you need to add.0 -
There is swagger host listed as well.
0 -
Ah my bad then. Thanks @valerii.trots I will add those too then
