Should output something like:

I guess the mapper is the wrong place to add fixed values

In our case it's just our customer number at the logistics provider which is a fixed value.

Maybe it makes sense to add another Stage to add fixed values to the payload in the pipeline.

this can easily be done in the mapper

the mapper should be able to accept a closure a processor for a field

that could just return the fixed value
