Is it an known error since sanitize_xss was added 18 days ago or maybe I have some other package missing?

I wouldn't expect it to cause that kind of issue for you. Can you file it in the support portal so a team can start investigating it?

Be aware, this module is in the 0.x series instead of 1.x, so the API of the module is not yet fixed under SemVer rules.

What I missed was the
in src/Pyz/Zed/Form/FormDependencyProvider.php

then the type was there

If you are migrating, probably yes. See if the plugin is executed first. I had to adjust a lot of the Zed bootstrap as well to get it working again...
