    Late to reply. This problem was mitigated by removing our multi-theme configuration which we did not require. Thanks for your help.

    It would be worth worth raising an issue for the build falling over for multiple themes. It was very unhappy when we had six themes configured. (And would be worth checking for a more plausible number such as 3 or 4 themes.)
